My family is the number one thing in my life. I want to provide for them. NDL gives me that chance. I am able to work while my wife stays home and raises our children, something she has always wanted to do. I love the atmosphere of NDL. The fact that I am treated with respect and the staff knowing my name. They know my needs and try there hardest to accommodate them. I love the fact if I need an extra day off because something came up there is no fuss, and they try to give that to me. The pay at NDL is at the top when you work for it. They reward their drivers that work hard. NDL takes care of me, which in turn gives me value in my job. If there is a shipper that is not the best they do their best to not send us back. NDL listens to their drivers, because we are out there everyday doing the job. The dispatchers understand that we are the ones behind the wheel and not them, something you do not find in other companies. Stop listening to tiger drivers who know nothing about the company, try it for yourself. It's a match for me, and more importantly it's a match for my family.
