Yes, we require a Class A CDL along with other qualifications found on our hiring page.
We work with our drivers to schedule home time that works for them. Some of our drivers stay out for several weeks, some are home every week.
All our OTR trucks are 2016 Freightliners and Kenworth’s or newer. We have automatic and manual trucks. All our trucks come with a TV, microwave, and refrigerator.
We use Geotab tablet-based system.
We primarily run through the Midwest and South, from TX, FL, GA, LA up through MI and MN, NE, IA. We do go out West occasionally but usually not through the winter months. We do not go to NY or anywhere east or northeast of NY.
Single OTR Drivers: Starting pay at $0.54/mile
Team OTR Drivers: Starting pay at $0.70/mile (split on all miles)

Yes – 50-60% of our business is drop and hook. Our drivers are always moving and rarely sitting.
Yes, we allow passengers. The minimum age is 10. The cost is $25/month and is deducted from payroll. The program is closed during the winter months when weather is poor.
Yes, pets are allowed in our trucks, but it is up to the driver to maintain the cleanliness of the vehicles. There is a pet deposit required.
We offer medical, dental, visions, 401k, life insurance, short and long-term disability. Every employee has a $10,000 employer paid life insurance with the option to purchase more.
All orientation is located at our office in Sellersburg, IN. You will go through a two-day orientation on site with a drive test before being allowed to drive. Orientation is paid at $100/day. We provide a hotel room for individuals from out of town.
